These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products offered by ZenNatu Global LLC. Please read them carefully: by using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by ZenNatu Global LLC ("ZenNatu," "we," "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, entity number 0008090031, with a mailing address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact email: hola@zennatu.us.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
3. Products and information
- We do our best to display products, ingredients, colors and sizes accurately. Images are illustrative and may vary depending on your screen or the production batch.
- Descriptions, ingredients and directions come from manufacturers and suppliers. Always read the label on the product you receive, which prevails over the information on the site.
- Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or stop selling them at any time.
- If a product is listed by mistake with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel affected orders even after confirmation, and we will refund any payment received.
4. Orders, prices and payments
- Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email only means we received it; the sales contract is formed when we ship your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, error, lack of inventory, shipping restrictions or breach of these Terms. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and do not include taxes, shipping or customs charges, which are shown or disclosed before payment.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy, which are part of these Terms.
5. Permitted use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to resell products without our prior written authorization;
- copy, scrape, decompile or attempt to access non-public areas, systems or data;
- introduce viruses or malicious code, overload the site or interfere with its operation or security;
- impersonate another person, send spam or use the contact form for anything other than contacting us.
We may block access or cancel orders of anyone who breaches these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The ZenNatu name, the enso-and-leaf logo, texts, illustrations, animations, design and all other site content are owned by ZenNatu Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use, copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Copyright infringement notice (DMCA)
If you believe any content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hola@zennatu.us including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the exact location of the material on the site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas, comments or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely and without any obligation to compensate you. This does not authorize any use of your personal data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Health and wellness
Site content and our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Before using any product, please read our Health Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Products carry only the warranties provided by the manufacturer or required by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenNatu Global LLC and its members, managers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of the use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply to the extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenNatu Global LLC from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site or the products, or violation of third-party rights.
13. Third-party links and services
The site may include links to or services from third parties (payments, carriers, fonts, libraries). We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them. Their use is governed by their own terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please write to us at hola@zennatu.us so we can try to resolve it in good faith for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, any dispute will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
15. Force majeure
We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supplier or carrier failures, customs restrictions or government actions.
16. General provisions
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not assign them without our consent.
- These Terms, together with the linked policies, are the entire agreement between you and ZenNatu Global LLC regarding their subject matter.
- These Terms are published in Spanish and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
