Accessibility Statement

ZenNatu Global LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this site with ease.

1. Our goal

We work to make the site conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our reference for good practice.

2. What we have done

• Structure with semantic headings and regions, plus a "skip to content" link.
• Alternative text or accessible labels on logos, icons and buttons; decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
• Keyboard navigation in menus, buttons and forms, with visible labels on every field.
• Reviewed color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Reduced motion: if you turn on "reduce motion" in your operating system, the site disables animations, smooth scrolling and scroll effects.
• Responsive design that works on phones, tablets and computers, and allows text to be enlarged.
• The site is available in Spanish and English.

3. Known limitations

Some sections use scroll-linked animations that may be demanding for some people; you can avoid them by turning on the reduced-motion preference. Some third-party content or services (payments, carriers) are not under our control.

4. Tell us if you find a barrier

If you have difficulty accessing any part of the site or need information in another format, email hola@zennatu.us with the subject "Accessibility," describing the page and the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to reply within 5 business days and offer you an alternative, including placing your order or inquiry by email.
